Ski Ranch 203 offers convenient location on the mountain, walk to and from the slopes, and stop back by the condo for lunch as well! This mountainside condo is 2 BD + Loft / 2 BA, features a well-equipped kitchen, dining space and cozy living area complete with wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV! There is one bedroom located on the main floor, and the second bedroom is located upstairs off the open loft area, there is also a bathroom located upstairs. After a day of exploring the mountains – unwind in the outdoor hot tub which is just steps from the front door or relax out on the private deck enjoying the leafy outlook. There is a coin operated laundry facility at the complex, and you can also take advantage of the free city bus to get to the ski area or downtown, the stop is one block from the property.

Ski Ranch Condominiums offer 1 and 2 bedroom units that are spaciously affordable. All Ski Ranch units come equipped with a full kitchen, wood fireplace and private deck to enjoy the sun. There is also an on-site hot tub to relax your tired muscles after a long day on the slopes. It is just a short walk to the slopes and free city bus stop.
Base Area (within a mile, no ski access): The Ski Ranch is located just down the road from the slopes of Steamboat, a short 100 yard walk to and from the lifts. If you'd rather get a lift to the lifts this property is also located right on the free city ski shuttle route.

The condo was perfect for our trip to Steamboat! Walking distance from the slopes with easy access to a bus stop to go into town, the location was fantastic. It was comfortable and had everything we needed- we had a fire one night and enjoyed the cozy cabin vibes.

Lifts are only a 10 minute walk. Condo was very well appointed, comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a great stay. This unit had parking for 2 vehicles which was appreciated too.
