Past and present are architecturally melded together to satisfy the desire for modern interiors while maintaining the spirit of western heritage. The goal was to combine metropolitan elements with traditional basics while remembering the nostalgia and history that surrounds the building. This becomes evident in the use of natural stone tile, warm woods and stainless-steel accents. This transitional style is achieved by juxtaposing a warm atmosphere with the idea of an urban loft by using clean lines, geometric design, and a harmonious combination of color and pattern. Each finish was chosen to represent the essence of Steamboat. A mountain town full of history that embraces modern luxuries while preserving a feeling of serenity and simplicity. The main living area has a large flat screen TV with surround sound, a gas-burning fireplace, cork floors accented by gorgeous rugs, and modern comfortable furniture. The dining table sits six people, and the kitchen is well equipped for even the most discerning chef, with stainless appliances and a bar that seats four. The master bedroom of this condominium is quite spacious with large windows offering incredible views of the Steamboat Ski Area and Howelsen Hill. The flat screen TV is viewable from the luxurious king bed. The master bath offers a bathtub, shower, and two sinks. The second bedroom has great views of Howelsen Hill and features a twin over full bunk bed, plus twin trundle, sleeping up to 3 people. The enormous L shaped deck, accessed from the living area and the master bedroom, is a great place to hang out for fireworks over Howelsen Hill during July 4th or Winter Carnival.

Nice Condo - Great Location

Condo is in a great location with shops, restaurants/bars surrounding the property including in the actual building itself. No issues with noise however. Very active area. Condo nice with very comfortable beds and all amenities you need. Can't think of anything negative except moving from the heated parking garage to the condo itself requires going through about 7 doors, entering two key codes, and crossing a small alley between buildings. Not really an issue once you get the hang of it but a bit of a maze.

We loved our stay here. Amazing location downtown. Very comfortable and cozy for a Christmas break stay. Kitchen was full of all we needed. Parking garage was amazing to have. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of space for snow gear. We would love to stay here again. Management got back to us very quickly on any questions. Views were amazing!!!!!!!

This property is ideally located downtown, within walking distance of many restaurants and stores and almost right next to the river. Parking was convenient as well. Furnishings were very nice, and unit was spacious with comfortable bedding and furniture. Enormous back deck with great views of mountains. Highly recommended.

WOW - been coming to Steamboat for years but never stayed downtown - the condo was phenomenal - top floor, wrap-around corner deck overlooking the Yampa and perfect southeast views to the ski mountain! The convenience beginning with garage parking, ability to walk to everything downtown in a matter of minutes and easy bus access to the mountain with a wonderful private ski locker was all great. Loved our stay!
