This stylish and extremely spacious two bedroom residence at Howelsen Place embraces modern luxuries while preserving a feeling of serenity and simplicity. The contemporary décor and finishes combined wit the warm wood detailing and mountain scenery offer one gorgeous lodging option in downtown Steamboat Springs! As soon as you enter the residence, you'll be impressed by the large windows boasting lovely light and views. The open concept living space is an entertainer's delight, large kitchen with stone countertops, stainless steel appliances and glass mosaic backsplash. The dining space can accommodate up to six at the dining table and additional seating at the kitchen counter. The living area boasts a 55 inch flat screen TV with surround sound, gas-burning fireplace with dramatic steel tiles, and plush seating. The private deck is accessed from the living room, this outdoor space enjoys outdoor seating and great views of downtown Steamboat, Howelsen Hill and the Yampa River. The well-appointed master suite has a king bed, large wall mounted flat screen TV, direct access to the deck, and a stunning master bathroom with deep soaker tub, shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed, with an attached bathroom that is also accessible from the living room.

We loved the spaciousness and comfort of the main living space (kitchen, living, dining). We took full advantage of the gourmet kitchen and prepared meals for each night of our stay. Looking out the window at the Howelsen Hill Ski Area also gave a special vibe. Having the ski locker on the hill was a super bonus - along with garage parking at the unit.

Great rental! Very clean. Kitchen is well furnished with supplies for cooking. Close to everything we needed. Bus to slopes was super close:). Our only complaint was queen bedroom stayed hotter than other rooms.

We had a great time in this unit. Great layout — spacious and perfect for 4 adults. Ample natural light. We had some Wifi/TV issues, but other than that everything was perfect.

Walk to so many restaurants, stores and shops. Clean condo with everything working perfectly. Bus stops one half a block away to the mountain. No car needed! Will definitely be back.

Four of us shared this gorgeous property. Nothing was bad. Everything from the bathrooms, kitchen and beds were top notch. I would highly recommend this place. All the restaurants were close. Across the street was a hill to sled on. Loved it.

What else can we say other than this property is in the perfect location and fulfilled our expectations and more. Whether you are looking to enjoy the restaurant scene in Downtown Steamboat, have easy access to the Yampa River, or are looking for somewhere to unwind with your friends/family and hunker down - this is the place for you. Best value for your money. Walk to restaurants and shopping. Drive or take bus to ski lift. Lockers make it convenient to leave all equipment at base. Large open living area with plenty of room for family of 4 to relax on couch.

The house and location were exactly as described and just fabulous. We loved being able to walk to the shops and restaurants. Additionally, Pioneer Ridge was a dream to work with. Super friendly and communicative. The outside of the building was being painted and the workers dropped a bucket of paint onto the deck. When we checked in they had left a note and an explanation that they would be back to clean it the next day. No biggie on our end at all, but I sent PR the info and pics and when we came home the next day they had left a nice bottle of wine for the inconvenience. It’s little things like that that we remember, and we very much appreciated it! Would absolutely recommend.

What an amazing unit. Location, location, and location. Park the car and forget about it. Chic unit with all the bells and whistles. Excellent follow up by the property management company.
