The Heart of the Valley home takes it's namesake from it's pristine views of the Yampa Valley and convenient location. This beautiful four level home has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and sleeps 10 people comfortably.
The main level features an open an airy living area with a gas fireplace and spectacular views of the valley. Off of the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, bar for four, two islands and a gas stove. On either side of the kitchen you will find a dining area. There is enough room for 16 people at the next family feast, including the bar. On the same level you will find a bedroom with a queen sized bed, views of Emerald Mountain and access to the deck.
On the third level is another bedroom featuring a king sized bed and private bathroom. The master suite is on the top level and has a large master bath, amazing views and a king sized bed.
The lower level features another large living area with it's own gas fireplace, large flat screen TV and surround sound. The bunk room is also located on this level with 4 twin beds.

The Heart of the Valley home is less than a mile from the slopes. The free city bus is 2 blocks away which will get you around town and to/from the mountain. The Steamboat Ski Area Shuttle is 3 blocks away which will get you directly to the mountain. There is also a private on-call shuttle service during the winter months. View large location map.
