This brand new 4683 square foot spectacular multi-level home features only the finest of decor and furnishings. On the main level you will find one of two living areas with hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, flat screen television, a queen size sleeper sofa and large windows with views of the Yampa Valley. The dining room table will seat 8 people plus another 2 at the bar. The kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a gas stove, island and a small flat screen television. There is also a bedroom on this level with a king bed, private bathroom across the hall, television and doors which open up to the large outdoor deck. On the bottom level is the second living area with a gas fireplace and a large flat screen television. This room also gain access to the outdoor patio with a private hot tub. There are two bedrooms on this level, one with two sets of bunks and the other with a king sized four poster bed. On the top level is an office and the remaining two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a king. To make your stay in this large multi-level home easier there is an elevator and a dumb waiter. There is also a free private shuttle for transportation to and from the slopes, the grocery store or downtown. When you rent your equipment from Steamboat Ski and Sport you receive free ski storage at the base of the ski area.

In order to protect the owners' belongings, and provide you with peace of mind in the case of unexpected accidents, Property Damage Protection for up to $5,000 is required for all Platinum Properties. We provide this protection for a nominal fee of $29.00.
There is a $200 cleaning fee added to all 4 night stays or less at this property.
