3rd Annual Steamboat Springalicious Festival
Springalicious is ooh so delicious when Steamboat rolls out an April party with a boatload of hot values, smoking bands, cool events and specials so bright you better have your favorite pair of shades.

30th Annual Smartwool Cardboard Classic
The Cardboard Classic, Steamboat’s traditional rite of spring celebrating its 30th year, features homemade crafts constructed only from cardboard, glue, string, water based paint, duct tape and masking tape racing down the face of Headwall to a hysterical finish. The uniqueness and creativity of the race make it an event looked forward to every year.
3rd Annual Splashdown Pond Skimming Competition
For the 3rd year, Springalicious will feature a SPLASHDOWN Pond Skimming Competition Sunday, April 11th. Steamboat’s bravest (and maybe craziest) skiers/riders will attempt to cross an ice-cold pond at the base of the mountain, while being judged on distance, outfit creativity, and crowd response.
Donavon Frankenreiter
The concert starts at 3:00 PM on Sunday April 11th. The first thing that strikes a person when they meet Donavon Frankenreiter is that they’ve probably never met a person quite like him before. From his genuine nature, to his big heart, to his all-around charisma, once you connect with his vibe you realize that he is truly unique.
