Sample Menu

The menu below shows a sampling of what our guests can expect. The menu aims to be tasty but with a healthy conscience. It is unusual to serve something that isn't truly "home-made". Only the freshest produce, finest cuts of meat usually from local growers are used.

Kick off the day with a full breakfast. Lunch packs will be available to those spending the day on the mountain, or a soup-lunch will be served in the chalet. Afternoon tea and hors d'oeuvres keep the hungry skiers at bay while a sumptuous 3-course dinner is being prepared.

In a typical 5 - 7 night package 2 dinners are not included, offering you a chance to eat out in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. No visit would be complete without a sampling of the nightlife; this ranges from pubs and casual dining to a horse drawn sleigh-ride at a private cabin out on the mountain. Reservations and transportation to and from the restaurant can be arranged.

Additional dinners can be provided for a small supplement.
