Checking In & Out at the Hotel Bristol
Spring Closing at Hotel Bristol
The Hotel Bristol will be closed from April 15 - May 24, 2012. If you are arriving during this period of time please check-in at the Pioneer Ridge office at 675 Snapdragon Way, Steamboat Springs, Colorado, 970-879-0517 / 888-672-6938. Click here for details and directions.
- Check-in: 4:00 P.M.
- Check-out: 10:00 A.M.
All guests staying at Alpenglow Condominiums, Alpenglow Townhouses, and Howelsen Place Condominiums shall check-in downtown at the Steamboat Hotel Bristol, 917 Lincoln Avenue.
Front desk hours at the Hotel Bristol are 8:00am to 10:00pm.
Directions to the Hotel Bristol:
- From the East (Rabbit Ears Pass)
- Follow US 40 West into Downtown Steamboat Springs
- US 40 becomes Lincoln Avenue
- Hotel Bristol is located on the left side of Lincoln Avenue between 9th & 10th Streets
- Just after the Hotel you can make a left into the rear parking lot
- From the West (Steamboat Springs/Hayden Airport)
- Follow US 40 East into Downtown Steamboat Springs
- US 40 becomes Lincoln Avenue
- Hotel Bristol is located on the right side of Lincoln Avenue between 9th & 10th Streets
- Just before the Hotel you can make a right into the rear parking lot
Check-in is no earlier than 4:00 P.M. and check-out is no later than 10:00 A.M. Although we try to have every unit ready by 4:00pm during busy times there may be delays. No refunds will be given due to delays.
After Hours Check-in at the Hotel Bristol
Check-in is available 24-hours a day. Front desk staff hours vary by season. In the event the office is closed, use the courtesy phone and follow instructions posted next to the phone located at the entrance to the Hotel Bristol.
Damage Deposit
A $250 credit card authorization is required at the time of check-in and this credit card will be charged for any damages. All condominiums, towhomes, and homes are individually owned, furnished and decorated. To protect the contents of these privately owned units, rental guests are responsible for any damages.
CSA Property Damage Protection: In Lieu of a $250 authorization hold on a credit card at check-in, guests have the option to purchase Property Damage Protection that will cover for incidental damages up to a maximum of $5000.00 for a nominal one time fee of $29.
