Guests staying at the following downtown Platinum Properties shall check-in downtown at the Steamboat Hotel Bristol, 917 Lincoln Avenue.

• Alpenglow Condominiums
• Alpenglow Townhouses
• Howelsen Place Condominiums

Front desk hours at the Hotel Bristol are 8:00am to 10:00pm.

Directions to the Hotel Bristol:

• From the East (Rabbit Ears Pass)
• Follow US 40 West into Downtown Steamboat Springs
• US 40 becomes Lincoln Avenue
• Hotel Bristol is located on the left side of Lincoln Avenue between 9th & 10th Streets
• Just after the Hotel you can make a left into the rear parking lot


• From the West (Steamboat Springs/Hayden Airport)
• Follow US 40 East into Downtown Steamboat Springs
• US 40 becomes Lincoln Avenue
• Hotel Bristol is located on the right side of Lincoln Avenue between 9th & 10th Streets
• Just before the Hotel you can make a right into the rear parking lot

Check-in is no earlier than 4:00 P.M. and check-out is no later than 10:00 A.M. Although we try to have every unit ready by 4:00pm during busy times there may be delays. No refunds will be given due to delays.

After Hours Check-in at the Hotel Bristol

Check-in is available 24-hours a day. Front desk staff hours vary by season. In the event the office is closed, use the courtesy phone and follow instructions posted next to the phone located at the entrance to the Hotel Bristol.

Vacation Rental Damage Coverage

Platinum Properties: All of our Platinum properties include the highest quality decor, furnishings and finishes. In order to protect the owners' belongings, and provide you with peace of mind in the case of unexpected accidents, Vacation Rental Damage Coverage for up to $5,000 is required for all Platinum Properties. We provide this protection for a nominal fee of $29.00.
