This beautifully decorated mountain home offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a 2-car garage and sleeps up to 10 people. A/C units installed in spring 2023 - ultimate comfort during the warmer months! The large, well-equipped kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances, and the family or group meals can be enjoyed at the large dining table or breakfast bar. The spacious living room has a fireplace, large flat-screen TV and sound system, plus access to the private deck off the front of the house. After a day of adventures or exploring, relax in the home's private hot tub. During the winter ski season, you can take full advantage of the winter shuttle service, with the ski slopes and entertainment within minutes from the property. If you choose to walk the short distance to the ski area, you will pass the neighborhood market/liquor store, pub, coffee shop and ski shop. There are also popular restaurants nearby, not to mention the many activities on the Mountain or around Downtown Steamboat.

Very nice rental home. Shuttle service to the door and a ski locker were amazing bonuses. Plenty of room for car parking for our party, which is a nice change from most properties in the area. One shower wasn't operational, but communication about the problem was excellent and since we knew about it coming in, it wasn't an issue for our group at all.

Honest review? Well, 'honestly' I can't think of anything negative to say. The rental was exactly what we expected. It was clean, well kept, and well stocked. The VIP Shuttle service was fantastic and a pleasant surprise. The only thing I can really think of is the lighting in the master bedroom on the main floor is weak. With every light on, it's still dark in that room. I'm not gonna ding anyone for that.

Family Reunion Stay

We needed a place that would work for multi-generation and this house was perfect. The third floor housed a family with two younger girls, the downstairs two bedrooms, two other families, and the main floor of course - was given to grandma and grandpa. Everyone enjoyed family time as well as plenty of space to move around. Thanks for outfitting everything so beautifully from comfortable furniture to a well stocked kitchen for cooking!

This is a nice property that should work very well for ski season. It has a two car garage and 4 bedrooms, one on the top floor, one on the main level and two on the lower level. It does not have air conditioning so in the summer can be warm. The bedroom on the top level is not really usable in summer due to heat. It has a deck overlooking the street, which is generally quiet, and also a hot tub on the deck. The only downside there is there is no privacy for the hot tub. The home is about 5 minutes up the mountain from HWY 40. Good grocery stores close. About 10 minutes to the heart of downtown.

This property is perfectly located for skiing. It’s walking distance to the gondola and the on call shuttle will take you anywhere. The house was comfortable - 3 king beds was perfect for our families. The kitchen was a good size and there was ample seating. The lounge chairs in the family room were always in high demand! The hot tub right off the living room was super convenient and much needed after a day of skiing. It would have been nice if the kitchen were a little better stocked with basic necessities like olive oil or pam spray. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this property.

Came with every amenity you could ask for, and the layout is great for hosting multiple families. Bedrooms are far enough away from living spaces that kid's getting sleeping while the parents were up. Check in was easy, but property wasn't quite ready by stated check in time.

The staff at Pioneer Ridge were top notch everything we ask for or needed they were right there from check in to check out. The property was nothing short of amazing from top to bottom everything in the condo was very thought out to make our stay unforgettable. We had an awesome Christmas vacation with our family here. My wife and I have been married over 30 years and this was one of favorites. Neither one of us have ever ski'd before, but by the end of the week we were coming off the top having a blast. Instructors were great as we tried both Snowboarding and skiing. Skiing won out in the end. Thanks to everyone, awesome hospitality, the shuttles, rentals, all the shops at Gondola Square were fantastic. We highly recommend this for everyone.

What a vacation should be...

The property was beautiful with everything we needed (except for a coffee grinder, ;)). We had 9 nine people and we all had a great time! Management was very responsive to our every wish. The shuttle was never more than 5-10 minutes away for pick ups in our driveway. All in all, after taking ski vacations for the last 8 years, this was the best property, management, and venue we've been to.

Great place to stay for many reasons. Very clean, spacious roomy home. At night you can spread out to play family games or sneak away for a quiet restful sleep not mater where your bedroom is located. Pioneer Ridge was very accommodating. The shuttle dedicated service is wonderful. We will stay here again.

A gorgeous home that made a weekend conference seem like a retreat. While our colleagues were back in cramped hotel rooms we were on the deck grilling. Having breakfast together and socializing in the evening made the weekend a teaming event in addition to an educational one. The service from the Front Desk was superb. We will be back!
