The Heart of the Valley home (half of a duplex)takes it's namesake from it's pristine views of the Yampa Valley and convenient location. This beautiful four level home has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and sleeps 12 people comfortably.
The main level features an open an airy living area with a gas fireplace and spectacular views of the valley. Off of the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, bar for four, two islands and a gas stove. On either side of the kitchen you will find a dining area. There is enough room for 16 people at the next family feast, including the bar. On the same level you will find a bedroom with a queen sized bed, views of Emerald Mountain and access to the deck.
On the third level is another bedroom featuring a king sized bed and private bathroom. The master suite is on the top level and has a large master bath, amazing views and a king sized bed.
The lower level features another large living area with it's own gas fireplace, large flat screen TV and surround sound. The bunk room is also located on this level with 2 sets of twin bunk beds.

Optional On-Call Shuttle Service (for a fee): On-call shuttle service is available at this property for the additional fee of $100/day. The service allows for two pickups in the morning and two pickups in the afternoon for transportation to/from the ski area. During mid-day the shuttle is available on-call for transportation to the grocery stores and the mountain area. From 5PM to 10PM in the evening the shuttle is again on call for transportation to/from downtown and mountain area.
